The museum celebrates two centuries of Chianti's artisan and winemaking tradition and features artefacts, collected over the years by Lorenzo and Stefano, which bear witness to the evolution of winemaking techniques, from crushing to bottling to labelling. the exhibition hall is a tribute by the Falorni family to the local land and its history, born of a desire to preserve and display the genuine ‘wine culture’ of Chianti.

The wine museum was conceived as a part of the ‘Falorni Experience’, a self-guided tour designed to give visitors a chance to get to know and taste the finest food and wine specialties of the Chianti area, manufactured and selected by the family itself. After a local wine-tasting session at Enoteca Falorni, in fact, visitors can choose to continue with a tour of the museum, and then round off, if they wish, with either a food tasting session featuring the gastronomic specialties of Antica Macelleria Falorni, a lunch or an aperitif at Falorni Bistrò.
